Oralia Prieto, age 28, was driving home from Graham Central Station around 3:00 am on the morning of May 19 when her white Oldsmobile started swerving and hit a telephone pole before crashing into an irrigation ditch, authorities said. A neighbor checking her mail found Prieto the next morning, still submerged in her car with her arm hanging out the window. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
