Driving down FM 1751 just before sunset on Sunday, I saw this flag at half-staff in the backyard of a house. The sun was just a few minutes above the horizon, but its rays found the stars and stripes just as a breeze lifted it up. The AP photo desk editor that I talked to later that night said it was what he'd been looking for all day. ABC evidently liked it.
