A raft full of illegal immigrants crosses the Rio Grande from a park in Ciudad Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas to Roma, Texas on June 14. The immigrants landed at the base of the Roma Bluffs, where the US Border Patrol maintains a watch tower, but no agents were on patrol at the time.
