Lt. Robert Lock of the McAllen Fire Department climbs a light tower at McAllen High School's football stadium on Thursday to rescue an electrical worker who became dizzy and unable to climb down while performing maintenance work on one of the lights. The man was attached to a safety harness, and was able to climb safely down to the extended ladder of a McAllen fire truck.
