Dr. Salvador Guerrero stitches up Edinburg resident Yadira Harn's nose after performing a rhinoplasty and narrowing its base on Friday morning at Christus Muguerza Hospital in Reynosa. Harn said she traveled to Mexico to have the surgery performed because it was less expensive and more accessible than the same surgery in the US, and she was already familiar with the hospital chain from her time living in Monterrey.
